China says Hong Kong bookseller Gui Minhai under 'coercive measures'

BEIJING (Reuters) - China said on Tuesday said that Swedish citizen and Hong Kong-based bookseller Gui Minhai is under "coercive measures", a euphemism for detention, after his daughter said Chinese police seized him last month.
