Major intelligence, strategic failures helped spur US soldiers' deaths in Niger, report says



A new bombshell report details the latest worldwide oversight in The War on Terror that lead to the deaths of four U.S. soldiers killed on Oct. 4 in Niger — the largest loss of American troops during combat on the continent of Africa since the 1993 “Black Hawk Down” debacle in Somalia.
