U.N. official in Syria expecting a Ghouta evacuation

BEIRUT (Reuters) - The U.N. resident coordinator in Syria said an evacuation of civilians is expected on Tuesday out of the eastern Ghouta rebel enclave, where the military has waged a fierce offensive.
