China's Xi congratulates Zimbabwe's Mnangagwa after disputed vote

Chinese President Xi Jinping has congratulated Emmerson Mnangagwa on his election as Zimbabwe's president, state news agency Xinhua said on Tuesday, offering support after the African nation's opposition cried foul.
