Mexican president-elect asks Ciudad Juarez violence victims to forgive

Mexican President-elect Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador's launched his first "peace forum" on Tuesday in the northern border town of Ciudad Juarez, aiming to convince victims of the region's entrenched drug war violence to embrace forgiveness.
