US to counter UN vote on Cuba embargo with amendments calling out human rights abuses



The Trump administration next week will counter a U.N. resolution condemning its embargo against Cuba with a series of amendments calling out the communist regime’s human rights record, Fox News has learned -- the latest example of the U.S. going on the offense at the world body.
