Shooting suspect surrenders after SWAT negotiator sings 'White Christmas,' authorities say



A Pennsylvania man who allegedly fired shots at 11 officers during a 10-hour standoff on Wednesday finally surrendered after a SWAT officer sang him the holiday carol "White Christmas," authorities said.
