For the First Crucial 23 Minutes, No One Detected a Fire in Notre Dame

Despite an initial fire alarm, officials didn't see fire or smoke in the Notre Dame cathedral until a second alarm sounded 23 minutes later. Investigators will look into those crucial early moments as they investigate what caused the inferno that destroyed much of the world-famous building.
