White supremacist who plowed vehicle into crowd and killed woman during Charlottesville rally asks judge for mercy as sentencing looms



The 22-year-old white supremacist who killed a woman and injured dozens of other people protesting a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Va. in 2017 is pleading with the judge to spare him a life sentence.
