Military roadblocks, curfews: Latin America tightens coronavirus controls

Countries around Latin America tightened restrictions further on Monday to try to slow the spread of the new coronavirus, with Peru deploying military personnel on the streets, Costa Rica closing borders and Paraguay imposing an effective curfew.
