Ohio Gov. DeWine announces first plans to restart economy during coronavirus outbreak



Ohio Governor Mike DeWine outlined a plan to gradually reopen the state's economy, introducing three key dates at the beginning of May that will be milestones for lifting coronavirus restrictions.
