U.S. says Islamic State conducted attack on Kabul hospital

The United States has assessed that Islamic State Khorasan conducted two attacks in Afghanistan this week, including on a hospital in Kabul in which two newborn babies were killed, U.S. Special Representative Zalmay Khalilzad said on Thursday.
