Banjo Buddies: Man saved from Ida flood waters in New Jersey by farmer friend with tractor



A New Jersey farmer used his tractor to rescue his friend who was visiting the state to deliver him a banjo while the remnants of Hurricane Ida ripped through the Northeast.
