US Marshals seek help in identifying fan at Dodgers game resembling Most Wanted fugitive



John Ruffo, who has been on the run since 1998, was possibly spotted in the stands of a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game in 2016 -- and investigators are now asking the public for help with identifying the fan in question.
